Yes, registering for your warranty is required. It helps us communicate important information regarding your product and serve you with warranty service.
All you have to do is visit our Warranty Registration page to fill out your registration form. You will need your product’s model number and serial number, date of purchase, and purchase location.
They’re both located on the bottom of the unit. The model number is located under the Beast® logo and the serial number is located on the white sticker under the barcode.
Redo is the software provider that manages the portal we use for returns and exchanges.
All returns are subject to the terms outlined in the Return Policy.
We truly believe you’ll love all of your Beast Health™ products, but if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund excluding the return shipping cost, as long as you contact us and ship the return back to us within 30 days of the initial delivery. When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange FREE. If you decide not to buy Redo you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
If you purchased your product using Buy With Prime, you can initiate a return through a link in your order confirmation email or through the Amazon Pay email that is automatically sent upon placing an order.
Customers that purchase during the holiday period (beginning November 18, 2024) will be eligible for an extended return window, and can return their products for a full refund as late as January 19, 2025.
Once your order is confirmed, it will ship within 48-72 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Beast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers can choose to purchase shipping protection (by “Route”) when they complete their order. We are unable to provide a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items if Route Shipping Protection is not purchased.

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping and taxes.
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
• Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
• In some cases, the Route Support team may require a police report before moving forward with an order issue.
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
• For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date.

Our fulfillment centers work very quickly and we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. We recommend double-checking your cart and shipping details upon placing the order. If you'd like to return the unit once it has been delivered, we will send you a return label. Once your order gets returned to our warehouse, we will process your return excluding the cost of the shipping label as long as the return is received within 30 days of your initial delivery. Beast Performance Blade
• After each use, rinse your Beast Performance Blade under hot water. Use the Blade Cleaning Brush (included) to remove particles of food in and around the blade area, as well as in the cavity thread area above the gasket and clean with soap and water. If preferred, after each use, place Beast Performance Blade on the top rack of the dishwasher only. Allow Beast Performance Blade to completely dry before re-assembling your Beast Blender.

Beast Health™ Vessels and accessories are not intended to be used in the microwave, which may result in damage to the accessories.
Our ultra-durable Blending Vessels are made of BPA-free Tritan™, and have thick walls to provide a leak-proof seal with the Beast Performance Blade.
Grade 301 Stainless Steel. For the perfect balance of durability and corrosion resistance. Like six mini samurai swords spinning at 18,000 RPM.
Blending Vessels and accessories can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher only. DO NOT wash the Blender Base in the dishwasher. All components of the Hydration Bottles can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher only.
• Amber - Solid: unit on, no blade assembly and/or blending vessel connected
• White - Solid: unit on, ready to blend
• Green - Solid: unit on, blending in progress
• Amber - Flashing: motor overload
• Red - Flashing: vessel contents too hot to safely blend
We promise no judgment, but: Is the blender plugged in? Did you turn the orange power switch on (located at the back of the Blender Base)?
Is the Beast Performance Blade and/or Blending Vessel properly connected? Confirm that the Beast Performance Blade is firmly threaded onto the Blending Vessel. Then confirm that the Beast Performance Blade and Blending Vessel are twisted onto the base until it clicks into place and the LED indicator displays a Solid-White color light.
This can sometimes happen if the Blending Vessel is overfilled and the Beast Performance Blade is not screwed on tightly at the beginning of the blending cycle causing the ingredients to spill into the threading. Your Blending Vessel has a max fill line - as a reminder, ONLY fill your ingredients to that line.
In these cases where the Blending Vessel has been overfilled past the max line, and the Beast Performance Blade + Vessel have become stuck, we recommend that you purchase and use your Beast Wrench to dislodge and/or unscrew the Vessel from the Beast Performance Blade. Purchase HERE.
To use, place your Vessel (with stuck Beast Performance Blade) firmly on the countertop. Insert the Beast Wrench into its natural place in the Beast Performance Blade. Carefully, twist the Wrench until the Beast Performance Blade can be unscrewed. Note: this step should be conducted methodically and extremely carefully.
If you are unable to unscrew your Beast Performance Blade from your Vessel, we recommend that you purchase a new Blending Vessel and Beast Performance Blade.
Your Blending Vessel may be overfilled, or Blending Vessel contents may be stuck. If your Blending Vessel is overfilled, try taking some ingredients out of your Vessel. If contents are stuck, try adding more liquid and/or giving it a good shake (not while attached to the Blender Base).
The Cloud White, Pebble Grey, and Sand colored components are susceptible to staining, and should not come in direct contact with ingredients prone to causing stains, such as turmeric, beets, carrots, or other bright-colored ingredients. If these ingredients do come in contact with your unit, we kindly recommend to immediately follow these cleaning instructions:

When blending, the big Vessel has a maximum fill volume of 700 mL. If you have the small Vessel (included in the B10+), that has a maximum fill volume of 350 mL.
To pulse, press the standby switch on the front of the blender for less than 1 second. Repeat until you achieve your desired texture. And while we’re at it, a quick note: pulsing is a useful way to coarsely chop ingredients without totally emulsifying them. This method is particularly useful for chopping your infusion ingredients, grinding coffee beans, making chunky salsa, chopping onions, and adding chunks of ingredients to an already smooth mixture for texture.
We’re not overexaggerating here -- we really created the best blender technology could offer so all you have to do is kick back, relax, and enjoy the Beast Blender show. BUT here’s an insider tip: approximately ⅓ of your ingredients should be liquid to ensure a smooth blend.
We suggest adding fine or sticky ingredients last, to prevent them from getting stuck to the bottom of the Vessel.
Straight up. On the counter.
NEVER BLEND HOT INGREDIENTS. Doing so may cause excessive steam and pressure to build up in the Vessel, resulting in the potential risk of the Vessel and Blender Base separating and thereby possibly resulting in personal injury and/or property damage. If the Beast® Blender overheats, a thermal switch will activate and shut off the motor.
NEVER BLEND CARBONATED INGREDIENTS OR RISING AGENTS IN THE BEAST® BLENDER. These ingredients incorporate air bubbles that produce foam and cause breads and cakes to rise. Blending these ingredients may cause excessive pressure buildup in the container and may cause personal injury to the user or property damage. Common leavening agents such as baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, cultured or fermented ingredients, egg whites, salt of hartshorn, whey protein, sesa moss, and yeast should not be blended in the Beast® Blender.

Why yes, you can. In our opinion, ground coffee is made best through pulsing. To pulse, press the standby button on the front of the blender for less than 1 second. Step and repeat.

Yes! Our Mini is still a Beast, after all. You can crush frozen ingredients and ice with ease. Just add enough liquid and adjust your recipe to avoid overfilling your vessel, and you are good to go.
You can really make anything in the Mini. We prefer the large- and medium-sized blending vessels for things like: smoothies, desserts, and larger amounts of sauces and dips. The small-sized blending vessel is perfect for your daily kitchen jobs to make your life easier like mincing garlic, chopping onions, grinding coffee beans, and emulsifying dressings.
Every Beast blender model is versatile and multifunctional, but they really shine in different areas. Our original Beast Blender is a great choice for people who enjoy large smoothies or prep recipes for multiple family members, and for those who prefer to meal prep in advance by making enough sauce, dip, etc. to last through the week. Yes. Financing options are available through Shop Pay / Affirm, and Afterpay. Both providers offer interest-free six-week payment plans. Shop Pay Installments offers 6- to 12-month payment plans for orders over $150.
