Return Policy
We truly believe you’ll love all of your Beast Health™ products, but if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund excluding the return shipping cost, as long as you contact us and ship the return back to us within 30 days of the initial delivery. When you opt-in for Hassle-Free Returns by Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange FREE. If you decide not to purchase Redo Hassle-Free Returns you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Shipping Policy
Once your order is confirmed, it will ship within 48-72 hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $85+. Standard shipping will cost $8.99 for orders under $85. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional Destination Fee of $24.99.
Expedited & Priority: Shipping charges will be determined based on destination and package size & weight. We do not offer Priority / Overnight shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited and Priority orders placed before 10am PT will ship out on the same day, those placed after 10am PT will ship out the following business day.
Beast is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers can choose to purchase shipping protection (by “Route”) when they complete their order. We are unable to provide a replacement or refund for lost or stolen items if Route Shipping Protection is not purchased.
Replacements Under Warranty
If you have recently purchased a unit from a retailer, please register your product here. Should you experience any issues with your unit, please submit your information here. If you purchased your unit through another retailer (Amazon, Costco, Walmart, etc), please reach out to help@thebeast.com. Please be advised, we require the following information in order to further assist you under warranty:
- Proof of malfunctioning unit
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase
Making Changes To An Order
Please be advised, our fulfillment centers work very quickly and we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. We recommend double checking your cart and shipping details upon placing the order. If you'd like to return the unit once it has been delivered, you can do so by visiting our Returns Portal HERE. Once your order gets returned to our warehouse, we will process your return excluding the return shipping cost as long as the return is received within 30 days of your initial delivery.
