Making Changes To An Order
Please be advised, our fulfillment centers work very quickly and we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. We recommend double checking your cart and shipping details upon placing the order. If you'd like to return the unit once it has been delivered, we will send you a return label. Once your order gets returned to our warehouse, we will process your return excluding the cost of the shipping label as long as the return is received within 30 days of your initial delivery. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with your order.
Replacements Under Warranty
Should you experience any issues with your unit, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised, we require the following information in order to further assist you under warranty:
- Proof of malfunctioning unit
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase
Our shipping protection (lost, damaged, stolen packages) is only covered by Route at this time and per our policy, we are unable to provide a replacement or a refund if Route Shipping Protection is removed from your order.
