Perfect fit

My kids lost the top for ours and I was so Happy to find that I could order a replacement...Customer service was so helpful especially when the colir was sold out. When it was available I was notified. GREAT service and Great product. We have 2. One large and 1 portable. We love it and use it everyday

Straw cap

At first I received a cap that didn’t quite fit on correctly, I emailed customer service and they sent me a new cap, straws, and a bottle free of charge within 3 days. Great customer service!
