1. Start by making your blackberry sauce by simmering together the fresh blackberries, lemon juice, honey, sea salt, and filtered water. Simmer for ten minutes until the berries begin to burst.
2. In your Beast add the cashew milk, bananas, beets, blackberries, collagen, monk fruit, cashew butter, and oats. Blend your ingredients until smooth.
3. Spoon the coconut yogurt into your glass then add in 1/4 cup of the blackberry sauce. Swirl together on the bottom of the glass and then pour in your smoothie. Top with more blackberry sauce and add hemp seeds.
