- Banana Choco Ice Cream Sandwhich
1. Add the cocowhip, bananas, Greek yogurt, and a splash of coconut milk and pulse until everything is well combined.
2. Pour into a bowl and mix in walnuts.
3. Layer your graham crackers in a 8" cake pan (in an even layer), pour the mixture and top with additional graham crackers. Freeze overnight.
4. Add chocolate and a small dollop of coconut oil to a bowl and melt (let it cool).
5. Pull ice cream sandwiches out of the freezer and cut them. Dip them halfway in chocolate and drizzle chocolate over the top. Top with flaky sea salt.
6. Place them back in the freezer until the chocolate has set.
7. Wrap them in plastic wrap or parchment paper and place them in a freezer safe container or bag until ready to be eaten.
