2. Blend until a creamy consistency is achieved, scraping down the edges as needed.
3. Transfer to an airtight container and place in the fridge to chill until thick in texture - about 4 hours to overnight.
NOTE: Feel free to place in the freezer for 1-2 hours to fast-forward the chilling process.
4. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for 1 month, defrosting as needed.
