- No Bake Snicker Bars
1. Mix the quick oats, maple syrup, 1/3 cup peanut butter, and M&Ms until well combined.
2. Press into a 9x9" baking pan lined with parchment paper for easy pull out.
3. Stir together the remaining 2 tbsp peanut butter and cool whip.
4. Evenly spread the cool whip over the oatmeal layer. Place in the freezer.
5. Boil the pitted dates in water for 10 minutes. Drain, then blend until smooth.
6. Add an even layer of the date caramel over the cool whip layer. Freeze until solid, 1-2 hours.
7. When frozen solid, slice into 12-16 bars. Top with crushed peanuts and drizzle with melted chocolate.
8. Place back in the freezer for 10 minutes before enjoying.
9. Keep stored in the freezer and enjoy as you'd like.
