Lemon Tahini Dip

Dips
Ingredients:
ripe pears
2, roughly chopped
bell pepper
1, seeded and roughly chopped
red onion
1/2 cup, roughly chopped
jalapeño pepper
1/2, seeded
fresh cilantro
1/2 cup
lime
1, juiced
cumin
1/8 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pomegranate seeds
1 tbsp
Instructions:
1. In the large Blending Vessel add the pears, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Blend on high for 15-30 seconds. Just until everything comes together, but still small pieces.
2. Once the mixture has reached your desired consistency, transfer to a small bowl. Add the cumin and salt. Mix thoroughly.
3. Finish with a bit more cilantro and pomegranate seeds for garnish!
