Ingredients:
jalapeño
1/2, deseeded and roughly chopped
garlic clove
1, roughly chopped
red onion
1/4, roughly chopped
lime
2, juiced
roma tomato
1, chopped
cilantro
1/4 cup
avocado
2, roughly chopped
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
cooked lobster
to taste
Instructions:
1. Add your jalapeño, onion, lime juice, and garlic to your Beast and pulse 3-4 times.
2. Add your avocado, cilantro, salt, and pepper to you Beast and pulse until you get your desired consistency.
3. Add your guacamole to a place and mix in your tomatoes.
4. Top with lobster and enjoy!
