1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add your onions and garlic sauté for a few minutes.
2. Add your spinach and cover until wilted.
3. Strain the spinach to remove excess water.
4. Add your sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, spinach, artichoke, and seasonings to your blender.
5. Hold down the button for less than 1 second to pulse and let go and repeat the process until everything is combined.
6. Pour into a bowl, add your cheese and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
7. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
