1. To start, add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of pasta water to your Beast.
2. Add in your blanched spinach, kale, and basil along with your sautéed onion and garlic and blend again.
3. Add in 1 cup of white beans and blend again until smooth.
4. Add your pistachios, salt, pasta water, and grated parmesan cheese and blend one final time.
5. Add your sauce to cooked pasta and top with burrata, a drizzle of olive oil, red chili flakes, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
6. Serve and enjoy!
