Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 28oz can, drained
Yellow Onion
1/4, finely chopped
Garlic Clove
2, minced
Fresh Basil
5-6 leaves, chopped
Oregano
1/2 tsp
Calabrian Chilies
to taste
Salt
1 tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Olive Oil
to taste
Instructions:

1. To a pan on medium heat add some olive oil, and once heated add your onion, garlic, basil, and oregano, and sauté until the veggies are softened. (Removed and set aside)

2. Add your tomatoes and Calabrian chillies to your blender and pulse until you get it to the consistency that you prefer.

3. Pour the sauce into a bowl and add the sautéed veggies and your salt and sugar. Mix until well combined and enjoy!
