Ingredients:

oregano

thyme

fresh basil

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Slice tomatoes in half and place cut side down onto a baking sheet. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme.
3. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender and browned.
4. Add veggies to your Beast and blend with fresh basil leaves.
5. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, add sauce and parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
