  • 1 cup (frozen)
  • 100 ml
  • 40 g
  • 2 tbsp
  • 100 g (frozen)
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/4 cup
  • 1 tbsp
  • 50 g (fresh)
  • blueberries
  • almond milk
  • form performance vanilla
  • chia seeds
  • banana
  • vanilla extract
  • granola
  • nut butter
  • banana

Preparation

  1. Let your blueberries thaw for 5 minutes and add to blender.
  2. In a small bowl prepare your protein cream by mixing 20g of Form's Vanilla Performance powder and 50ml of Almond milk.
  3. Add the mix into your Beast, add the chia seeds and blend until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour into the smoothie bowl and repeat the same process with the banana layer.
  5. To perfect the presentation, try to blend in the layers to create an interconnected effect.
  6. Top with granola, fresh banana, your favorite nut butter, and enjoy!
