Ingredients

  • roma tomatoes
  • large onion
  • serranos
  • jalapeno
  • lime
  • cilantro

Preparation

1. Cut the tomatoes, onions, and peppers into chunks.

2. Broil until lightly charred around 5 minutes.

3 . Let ingredients cool before blending.

4. Add to your blending vessel with juice of 1/2 lime, cilantro, and salt to taste.

5. Pulse in your Beast Blender a few times until you reach your desired consistency.
