Ingredients

  • 300 g (drained)
  • 160 ml
  • 40 g
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • to taste (shredded)
  • to taste
  • to taste (optional)
  • silken tofu
  • coconut cream
  • performance vanilla
  • matcha
  • coconut oil
  • maple syrup
  • sea salt
  • vanilla extract
  • coconut yogurt
  • coconut flakes
  • raspberries
  • shaved white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to your Beast (except coconut yogurt, raspberries, coconut flakes, and white chocolate) and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 little pots, chill for a couple of hours or overnight to set. 
  3. When ready to serve, top with coconut yogurt, fresh raspberries, coconut flakes and a little white chocolate for added indulgence.
