Halloween in a glass — no tricks, just treats.

This smoothie parfait captures the iconic candy corn look with three vibrant layers: bright mango and orange juice for yellow, creamy pumpkin and almond milk for orange, and coconut yogurt for white. Top it with maple syrup and your favorite sprinkles for a festive breakfast or snack that's as fun to make as it is to eat.

 

Blend each layer separately, stack them in a glass, chill for 10 minutes, and you've got a Halloween breakfast that actually fuels you. Sweet, seasonal, and surprisingly simple.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • frozen mango
  • orange juice
  • pumpkin puree
  • almond milk
  • coconut yogurt
  • maple syrup
  • sprinkles

Preparation

1. Blend each layer separately. Yellow layer blend mango and orange juice. Orange layer blend pumpkin puree and almond milk. White layer use the coconut yogurt.

2. In a glass layer yellow, orange, then white bases.

3. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.

4. Add toppings and enjoy!
