  • 1 tbsp
  • to taste (fresh)
  • a pinch
  • to taste (optional)
  • 1 tsp (optional)
  • lemon
  • filtered water
  • chia seeds
  • mint leaves
  • sea salt
  • cucumber slices
  • honey

Preparation
