Minty Ginger Infusion

Hydrate better with this Minty Ginger Infusion. This is an ideal post-workout drink to help replace electrolytes after exercise. It is filled with vitamins and minerals, low in sugar, and will keep you hydrated all day long. If you want to satisfy your thirst but a glass of water isn’t an option, we recommend you try this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 slices
  • handful
  • 1/2 (peeled)
  • 1 inch
  • cucumber
  • mint
  • lemon
  • raw ginger root

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the Blending Vessel and pulse 3-5 times, or until the ingredients are evenly chopped.
  2. Transfer the ingredients to the Infusion Chamber using a spoon or other utensil.
  3. Mount the Infusion Chamber to the vessel, and fill the vessel with water.
  4. Allow to infuse for at least 5 minutes and enjoy.

Pro tip: store any remaining pulsed ingredients in the fridge for 2-3 days to use for your next infusion.
