Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup
  • 1 1/2
  • 1
  • 2
  • handful
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 serving
  • coconut water
  • frozen banana
  • thawed frozen acai packet
  • medjool dates
  • walnuts
  • cinnamon
  • unflavored protein powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blending vessel in the order listed.
  2. Pulse 5-7 times to chop initially, then blend it up!

Note: Due to the extra frozen ingredients, you might need to pulse a few more times.
