Seamus' favorite – the Protein Beast Smoothie. Having a protein-rich diet is essential to keeping your body strong. This blend comes together in less than a minute and is the perfect 'meal in a cup' to keep you full and energized throughout your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup
  • 1 cup
  • 1 (cored)
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup
  • 2
  • 1 pinch
  • 1 pinch
  • 1 tbsp
  • almond milk
  • ice
  • apple
  • almond butter
  • blueberries
  • dates
  • cinnamon
  • sea salt
  • flax seeds

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the Blending Vessel in the order listed.
  2. Blend for full 1-minute blend cycle (three intervals).
  3. Enjoy!
