olive oil
yellow onion
garlic cloves
tomato paste
canned whole tomatoes (28oz)
dried oregano
sugar
coconut milk
salt
pepper
basil leaves

Preparation

In a large pot over medium heat, add the oil and onions. Cook for a couple minutes. Add the fresh garlic and tomato paste, cooking another 1-2 minutes.
Add these into the Beast Blender with the tomatoes and juices.
Blend in your Beast for 1 minute or until very smooth.
Transfer back into the large pot and add the oregano and sugar. Cook mixture for 35-40 minutes at a slow simmer.
Stir in the milk, salt and pepper.
Right before serving add fresh basil and stir into the soup. Finish with fresh basil leaves on top.
