Beat the heat with this five-ingredient Tropical Summer Sorbet — no ice cream machine needed. Frozen tropical fruit blends up thick and creamy right in the Beast vessel, finishing with a bright hit of lime and a touch of honey. Serve it straight from the blender for soft-serve vibes, or pop it in the freezer for a firmer scoop. Either way, it tastes like a vacation in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 300g
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 pinch
  • to top
  • frozen tropical fruit mix
  • lime juice
  • honey
  • sea salt
  • fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Add the frozen tropical fruit mix, lime juice, honey, sea salt, and 1 tablespoon coconut water to the Beast vessel.
  2. Pulse a few times to break up the fruit.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding remaining coconut water only if needed. Use the Beast spatula to help move the mixture toward the blades if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve style, or freeze 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.
  5. Finish with lime zest, fresh mint, or toasted coconut.
