The kind of soup you prep ahead and heat when you need it. Broccoli and white beans blended smooth with bone broth and lemon for a protein-packed bowl that takes minutes to make and even less time to reheat. Top with parmesan and call it a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 1 tbsp
  • to taste
  • to taste
  • steamed broccoli
  • cooked white beans
  • bone broth
  • lemon juice
  • salt + pep
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

1. Steam your broccoli, then let it cool to room temp.
3. Add cooled steamed broccoli, white beans, broth, lemon, salt, and pepper to your Beast.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Top with parmesan cheese and serve with a nice crusty piece of bread.
