These high-protein egg bites are the definition of low effort high reward. They're customizable (throw in whatever veggies, meats, or cheese you have), portable, and genuinely satisfying. The Beast makes the base silky smooth in seconds. Make a batch on Sunday, grab two throughout the week, and you've got 17+ grams of protein before you've even thought about your day. They're good warm or cold, which makes them dangerously easy to eat standing at the fridge at 9pm. No judgment.

  • shredded cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • turkey bacon
  • veggies

Preparation

1. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and seasonings in your Beast.

2. Pour into muffin tins 3/4 of the way. Add fillings of choice.

3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
