Your favorite vacation drink, no flight required and zero recovery time. These creamy piña colada pops are made with real pineapple and coconut milk, blended smooth and frozen into the ultimate summer treat. Kid-friendly, crowd-approved, and ready whenever the sun is.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup
  • 2-3 tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 pinch
  • optional topping
  • fresh pineapple chunks
  • full-fat coconut milk
  • Greek yogurt
  • honey
  • vanilla extract
  • sea salt
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Add pineapple, coconut milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt to your Beast blender. Blend until silky smooth and slightly thick, like a soft-serve texture.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds or small cups. Insert sticks.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. To release, run the mold briefly under warm water and gently pull the stick.
  5. Top with shredded coconut or toasted coconut before serving.
