Two ingredients. One blender. The easiest protein pancakes you'll make all week. These pancakes prove that simple doesn't mean boring—just eggs and banana blended smooth in your Beast, poured into a hot pan, and you've got a stack that's naturally sweet, genuinely satisfying, and ready in minutes. No protein powder, no flour, no overthinking it. Top them with butter and honey, or keep it minimal. Either way, they're proof that the best breakfast doesn't need to be complicated.

Ingredients

  • 3
  • 1 large
  • 1 tbsp
  • eggs
  • banana
  • butter

Preparation

1. Add eggs and banana to your Beast blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Heat the pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp of butter. Pour batter to form pancakes (about 2-3 tablespoons per pancake).

3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form and edges set, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
