Thick and creamy — this Açai Bowl is the perfect healthy indulgence.

 

Açai berries are packed with healthy fats and fiber, making for a perfect breakfast, lunch, or mid-day snack! They even have powerful antioxidants that can benefit your brain and overall health.

 

Much like everyone else, our favorite way to eat açai is an açai bowl. We combine a few of our favorite fruits to make one powerful bowl.

 

This smoothie is a Nutrition Blend our take on a traditional smoothie just with more fruits & vegetables optimized with nutrients that boost our immune systems.

 

To blend, add all ingredients to the Blending Vessel in the order listed. Simply hold down the button for >1 second to initiate the one-minute timed blending cycle.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups
  • 2
  • 1/2
  • 1/2
  • 1 handful
  • 2 servings
  • 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp
  • non dairy milk
  • frozen sugar free acai packets
  • banana
  • avocado
  • spinach or kale
  • vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • cacao powder
  • cacao nibs or chia seeds for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except for the cacao nibs into the Beast and blend until smooth.
  2. Portion equally in two bowls and garnish with cacao nibs, chia seeds or your favorite granola for garnish and extra crunch.
